Treble Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

STORE PICKUP:
Currently, Treble does not have a brick and mortar store. If you have questions about pickup, please email us at hello@treblemade.com

LOCAL DELIVERY:
Though we don't have a brick and mortar store, for some "Team" partnerships, we are able to provide local delivery. Please email us at hello@treblemade.com should you have questions.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Unless otherwise stated on our website and within product pages, orders are generally shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends) from the time we received your order. Flat rate shipping fee of $8 applies to orders shipping to the United States and shipping is free in the United States for orders larger than $75 (pre-tax) as noted in the section below. For International shipping (UK, Canada and Australia), there is a Flat Rate shipping fee of $20. We do not ship outside of the Countries listed above at this time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
As noted above, for orders within the United States, we offer simple flat rate shipping of $8 per package. Additionally, for orders that are larger than $75 (pre-tax), shipping is free. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer international shipping to the following countries: UK, Canada and Australia.

As previously noted, for orders outside of the United States to the UK, Canada and Australia, we offer simple flat rate shipping of $20 per package.

While shipment of your order (unless otherwise noted on the website or in the product description) will take place within 24 hours domestically, international shipments may take between 48-72 hours and delivery timelines do increase to typically between 8 and 20 days depending on the destination. Please email hello@treblemade.com should you have questions regarding your shipment. 

Your international order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Fulton Atelier LLC dba Treble is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

Please note that embellished goods such as custom or team products are not available for Refund, Return, or Exchange. Therefore, customized items that may have a team's branding, a name, number or player/coach initials are not able to be returned. If you have questions, please contact us at hello@treblemade.com. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@treblemade.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
